We really like this place. It's in the middle of nowhere but it's got enough amenities (restaurant/store) that it's not too bad. We have gone the last 3 years and stayed a week give or take. We always rent their cottages and usually go with a large group of people. The cottages are air-conditioned and have a full kitchen, bathroom etc. There is a bedroom downstairs and two beds in the loft upstairs. They are worth the money. They have everything from tent camping to RV camping as well so check out the various options. It's about equal distance to Othello or Moses Lake (30ish minutes) if you need anything else. A lot of our group like fishing so there's that too. It's on a resovouir not a lake so it's not the cleanest water you've ever seen but it doesn't seem to bother the kids or adults 🤷‍♀️ It was over a hundred the whole time we were there and the water was warm! There is NO shade on the beach so bring your own pop up tents or umbrella or you will regret it. It's fun for a few days with your people to reconnect and relax!

We had a tent spot right next to the boat dock. Perfect in between trees for shade, but its also right next to where people park to go fishing in the wee hours of the morning. They really need a blocker between the parking spot and the camp spot to keep the bright light of the headlights out. Other than that, fantastic place!

We went up for a Labor Day End Of Season Karaoke show .. Classy Karaoke put on a fantastic show! The food was good, and the clientele was welcoming. We've been before, and we WILL be back! Thank you, Mar Don, for being gracious hosts.

We made a last minute stop at Mardon because it was the halfway point to our house and we didn’t want to drive straight home. I was a little underwhelmed when we first pulled in and stressed about the tight fit of our spot (ended up being a great site) but once we settled in the views and atmosphere were wonderful. My husband and I felt like after a long trip we were finally able to relax. We were in site 174. It’s in the gravel right above the sand spots. We put our lawn chairs out and watched the sunset. We also were walking distance to the beach so we got our suits on and went for a dip. Later in the evening we got some dinner from their restaurant and it was freaking delicious! So glad we stopped here. The store has everything you could possibly need and the prices were much lower then I expected. We will definitely be back next summer.

Great get away near Moses Lake, WA The reservoir is beautiful. And the drive along the dam is breathtaking.

Just don't use their bathroom/shower. It's never cleaned and full of bugs and spiders and never has TP!!!!! The shower heads either hit the wall a foot above your head or is a small stream. And the floor is covered in slime.

I stayed a month, and I had to carry my own tp and go to a truck stop to shower! Just don't use the one here!
