With two great locations right on the river, camping here with us is more than just pitching a tent! Our main camping area in Glenwood offers some sites with electric and water hook-ups. We have some parking for campers and RV’s. Each site has a picnic table, fire ring, and park style BBQ grills. And best of all, a bathhouse with full indoor plumbing, and hot showers.
We had a great time! River was flowing at a good pace and had some fun spots. Water was clear and cool. Tubes were comfortable and pricing was good for a group of 14 people.. They did have waterproof boxes for $10 at the office. Staff was really nice and funny!
#1 ☆☆☆☆☆ This is where to go!!!! They treat you like family, they have great canoes, kayaks, tubes --- and----- campgrounds!!! A 5 hour canoeing trip with 20 people, they were fantastic with getting us all on the river WE had the best time!! Wilson-squared-birthday 2018!!
Easy rental. 2 kayaks, bus took us to launch site, we kayaked for 2 hours (non-stop) . I enjoyed guessing the best way to go when little forks showed up. river was a little low, so my big butt got stuck a few times, but I still really enjoyed myself. I'm definitely going to go again after some heavy rainfall.
Had the best time ever , if you need to disconnect, this is the place to go . Friendly and very helpful staff . Most definitely going to be one of my go-to places.
We had a great time on the river. We took the short trip which took us about three hours. As we floated down the river we saw a couple of tree swings which were a lot of fun for the kids. They picked us up pretty quickly to take us back to our cars. I would recommend.
