Lost Creek Ranch

Let me start by saying that I don’t usually do reviews like this. I’m a pretty easy going person who has patience for many things but this is different. First of all we drove two hours to get to this place that had no sign to indicate where the place was, we guessed on a dirt road that led to the place. Check In was between 12:00-3:00pm. We got there around 11:45 and the staff is just arriving. I understand that they were a little late...not a problem. The problem came to when we were given our cabin and there was no way to lock one of the two doors. I alerted the staff and she says that she called the owner to see what was going to be done. I said okay, we are going to get something to eat and we will return around an hour or so. My family and I left and finally found something to eat. While at lunch we received a text saying that the lock hole had been covered and that the lock issued would not be fixed over the weekend. That was the breaking point to me. I went back, packed up and while packing the staff not the owner came over expressing her concern and regret. There was a lot more to this story but this is the main point. You be your own judge but I will never go/recommend this place to anyone.
