Quiet campground with a picturesque river flowing beside it. Very peaceful place to stay. No phone service is a plus if you are trying to "get away". Unfortunately the dump station is shut down, the road through the campground is in need of gravel and the grass was high 6" - 7" during our visit. Saw a couple of snakes while out walking. Tall grass makes it very inviting for the snakes and concerning when kids are out playing. I will stay again but hope that more attention is directed at maintaining the campground.
Extremely well maintained campground, I would just give a word of caution that you should make sure to fill up before you hit the national park area as it’s very remote. Great stocked trout stream and there’s some great fishing beyond the tiny trout I was catching.
Love this campground. Beautiful location right in the middle of all the great mountain bike trails. Friendly staff. The wireless is absolutely amazing, I was able to stream Youtube TV all week.
Primitive campground but does have outhouses
Beautiful creek and swimming holes
If there was signage to direct you down the trail or any way to pay other than cash on site I'd give it 5 stars
Great experience for self discovery, I camped 2 nights by myself and it was an amazing experience.
