By far the best RV resort in the Smokies!! Clean sites, spotless bathhouse and beautiful grounds! Walking trail to grocery/coffee shops! It's our 2nd NYE holiday here and we will book again before we leave! The clubhouse/pavilion hosts an early NYE family friendly event where you bring an appetizer to share. Leeann puts on Trivia Pursuit, Bingo and Family Feud for everyone's enjoyment with prizes; ringing in the new year early at 10 am. A must stay place for sure!!

The positives: The property is in a great location, and very close to the National Park! We stayed in a tiny home and it was plenty of room for our family of 5. There is a nice trail that leaves right from the campground that we enjoyed and there are fun things for the kids to do: basketball court, pickleball, a playground. There was also a really helpful staff member working/cleaning in the coffee bar area. She was friendly and went out of her way to help me.

What we didn't like so much was the cleanliness of the house. There was a lot of dust, lots of dead bugs in all of the lights, mold in the shower, and there were spots of blood on the blanket on one of the beds. Also, compared to the many other vacation rentals we've stayed in over the years, the kitchen was not well equipped. When a water main broke, which I understand is no fault of the resort, the person I communicated with was neither polite nor helpful. We know those things happen, but would have appreciated a more professional interaction.

I have been coming here for 10 years, since before it was even Little Arrow. We are a group of around 30 people and always stay over thanksgiving, primarily because they offer a community thanksgiving meal. It’s a lovely location but it seems like the prices are starting to outpace the amenities. The thanksgiving meal this year was very disappointing, the campground handles the Turkey/ham and the guests all bring a side dish. The Turkey this year was shredded and tasted overwhelmingly of vinegar, nobody I spoke to enjoyed that. My husband had ham and it was tiny and rubbery. In years past the meal was wonderful. My parents stayed in a tiny house and had issues with mold and the fee for bringing dogs along is ridiculous, we started coming here in part because it is fun to bring the pups along.

As for suggestions, reasonable pet fee, traditional Turkey, improved WiFi and extended hot tub hours would be nice. The free coffee during certain hours is appreciated and I don’t mind paying but $3 for a tiny cup is a little much. This campground has been a family tradition for so many years and we’ve made many happy memories, however, with their rising costs and over the top pet fees, we are considering alternative options

My wife and I stayed in PC9. It was gorgeous and super clean and comfortable.

Little Arrow will always have a special place in our heart. When we arrived on 12/15, we were engaged. When we left on 12/19, we left as man wife.

My wife and I, and our friends and family that attended the wedding are all from Texas. My wife and I wanted to find a cute place everyone could stay together, but still allow everyone there own personal space at the end of the day. Little Arrow was absolutely perfect for that. Not only was it super clean, but staff was very friendly and offered great customer service. Everyone from our wedding is already talking about another trip to the Smokies and staying with y’all again.

Thank you for helping make our wedding even more special!

One of the most beautiful places I have ever camped. Facilities were superb. The staff was kind. I ran into a bit of a situation checking and they were very kind and helpful. They didn’t make me fell uncomfortable or any more embarrassed than I already was. Although it was a phenomenal stay, my suggestions for improvement would be better directional signs and more reasonable check-out times. Unfortunately, I had to drop them to a four as they promised me a military discount on the phone and changed the rules at check out.🫤
