First time being here. Had a good time. Appropriate admission ($3 per person) for the size of the park. Clean facility. Came with a large church group. Shelters conveniently located near rest rooms and short walk to beach and play ground area.

This is an excellent campsite. I was bicycle touring and the woman in charge went above and beyond. After I pitched my tent she drove me to the nearest General store so I could get some supper. It was very cold that night and she lent me an extra blanket. Outstanding service and a beautiful Lake.

Our arrival was a comedy of errors and got our stay off to a rough start. Once we were in our site, it got better. We had a pull-through site right on the lake and several ducks came to oversee our set up. When Debbie learned this was our first trip to Vermont she gifted us a small bottle of Vermont maple syrup and some Vermont sharp cheddar.
