The area is not super large, but is nice and clean. The bathrooms were shut down, and they had porta potties in their place. The paths looked like they were cleaning up after a storm knocked trees down. $2 day fee is nothing to park and explore. The beach was rocky, but we walked to a sand beach down the path. All in all it was fun.
Nice camp area with toilet and water spigot available. Access to the trail between the lakes.
My family loves this place ! Clean, well shaded and the water is nice. Great for just a day trip or camping. Has restrooms and running water to connect water hose to.
Amazing campground with an indescribably beautiful view of the lake. A bit crowded on July 4th. Water spigots and portapoties are the extent of the amenities as the restrooms were locked. I would love to revisit here someday.
Great fishing on Toledo Bend Resevoir... 2 bars Verizon cell signal.
Vault toilets, water on premises, trash bins.
Beautiful and quiet.
$3.00 per night.
Some long term (28 day) sites.
Stayed for a week then was advised by rangers to seek higher ground as storms approaching... glad we listened.
Nice hiking trails.
