Love this place! I have been staying here with my family and friends for my entire life - the same dates each year and in the same cabin. It's been over 35 years at this point (or 34.5 yrs as my mom pointed out for me specifically ha). It became our big family trip over summer coming from several hours away. We have always enjoyed our stay at the cabin sites and find the bathhouses incredibly convenient. The campground is clean and maintained. Being so close to the park, yet far enough away from the noise and bustle against a mountain is a wonderful way to have whatever sort of trip you want. Many great campfires and card games on the porch! We will continue our tradition for years to come.
Great place to spend time with family and friends and a good place to make new family and meet new friends. The camp grounds are awesome and we'll maintained. The villa was nice and cozy for 3 families. Great place for kids. The pool areas are very nice and highly enjoyable. The Parking lot has a good amount of room. The amusement park area is great for the kids and adults. A lot of carnival games. Plenty of food areas specializing in unique and classic deliciousness.
Awesome Experience! Got to camp out in the woods overnight, and when morning arose we had some breakfast, and walked directly over to the amusement park entrance, only a 2 min walk from where our campsite was located. Not too bad!
Went for a weekend in October. Loved all the activities for the kids... the food trucks were great. It was an all around fun time. Definitely will go again. Would be nice if they had someone going around with a big tank of water since they only have filling stations instead of hookups. When ur low on water it sucks to have to take everything down to drive to fill up. Can't wait till next year.
Highly recommend. Chill vibe anything goes. The lord are huge. You could easily fit an RV plus a couple tents on the RV sites and they don’t have annoying rules about how many tents per site like some campgrounds do. Every site is conveniently located close to park/restrooms. Check in/Check out time are also decent. Had a blast here.
