Bathrooms need some work. Quiet hours aren't really very quiet. I do appreciate the fact that the campground lets people enjoy themselves within reason. Nice family atmosphere.
Very spacious lots. The only drawback is that the lots are in the sun and required several blocks to get leveled.
Beautiful campground in a great location. Within a couple miles of the interstate but far enough for peace and quiet. 50amp outlets in the one night pull through spaces is wired incorrectly and it took about ten minutes to convince the husband it was wrong. Couldn't be fixed last night. Determined 30amp was okay so we used it for the night.
First I want to say that booking here is incredibly easy, the owners are great, and the permanent residents are friendly and keep an eye on the neighborhood while minding their bees. They have a lot to offer including a pool, fishing pond, playground, pet friendly, and community events. If it stopped there this campground would be a permanent fixture in our family vacations. Unfortunately the bathrooms leave a LOT to be desired, quiet hours don't seem to be enforced, and someone thought it was a good idea to have live music until 11pm. It wasn't. I can see 9pm, but 11 is just inconsiderate, especially with no real warning. I'm sure some people might find all of those positive but we are not those people. In all it was okay, and if you don't mind a lot of night time noise I'd say go for it.
This place has really bad electric issues. Every time I tried to enjoy a weekend here camping with my family I couldn’t run my air conditioning at all or use my microwave and I would lose power a lot. When I approached the owners about my concerns they told me there was a long list of people that wanted to take my site if I didn’t want it. The husband was a really nice guy but I feel like his wife was making most of the decisions .
