Stevie from the Leawood KS store is INCREDIBLE. I walked in not having a clue what I was looking for and walked out with beautiful clothes that not only look great but make me feel AMAZING. She offered a level of customer service that you just don't get from other retailers. I love the Sundance brand for their level of quality, their beautiful catalogs and gorgeous stores. If you are ever in the Leawood area, YOU HAVE to get styled by Stevie at Sundance. It is such a treat! #myalltimefavoriitestore
I recently had a Virtual shopping appointment with Stevie at the Leawood Sundance Boutique. She was so fun to work with and was able to understand my style after a few questions. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and brought my attention to several adorable items. Check out was fast and my purchases arrived by FedEx the next day! Such a great experience during these uncertain times!
I love our Leawood Sundance store! Everyone that works there is always helpful, honest when asked advice about fit, and are just lovely people. It is my favorite place to treat myself to a new outfit. I have shopped from the Sundance catalog for many years, but it is awesome to have a store nearby now. A special shout out to Grace, Geri and Cindi, who always make me feel more like a friend than a customer : )
This is most unfriendly, snobby store I have ever been into. I was looking at the jewelry cases forever and no one came over. I was actually very interested in buying something but the ladies working there were too busy doing stupid tasks that they couldn’t see I needed any help. Rude rude all around
I went into the Leawood, KS store on December 10, 2023 and it has to have been the most disappointing customer service experience I have had in a long time. I was ready to check out and the woman next to the counter was chatting with someone she clearly knew. I stood there for about five minutes before she acknowledged me from her conversation and said someone would be right with me. Another associate was bustling behind the counter and I honestly thought she must not have been trained to run a register because she also did not acknowledge me. She was doing other things, at least and the only one of the associates in the store not holding personal conversations, which was made clear from the topics they were discussing. I worked high end retail, part time for over 12 years. I find it difficult to believe that this is the impression Sundance wants their customers to leave with. Unfortunately, it is experiences like this that are making brick and mortar stores more obsolete. I can order online without having to deal with people or being made to feel invisible.
