Located just south of US-166 highway, along the banks of the Neosho River.
One of my favorite spots for fishing for catfish. Caught some real nice ones around 8 to 10 pounds about a week ago. The river is out of it's banks tho right now but should be back to normal in a couple of days as long as we don't get any more rain.
Drove past on our way to KC, very nice and calm.
Had a walk with my at the time girlfriend (current Fiancé) before proposing to her in KC.
I will always remember this place
Very quiet a d peaceful. My husband and I camped in our rv there. The park is very clean and well maintained
