Great boondocking site. Finding the lake may be a challenge, but worth it
NICE PEACEFUL PLACE TO STAY...when your on a budget...bring your water and munchies nearest small town was 20 min away..I only saw few cars during the day lots of places to park along lake....it's a State Park Lake so I did feel some what Safe...Road was dirt road about 2 miles or so to reach actual lake it's self...you have a small car prepare for a rocky dusty one lane road road....Free to Camp overnight...has one bathroom station I saw ...nice and peaceful ...I went dwn about half way around the the lake and was able to get wifi connection 👍💯...I was pleased with camping here ...A ways off from the free way a bit...but close enough to Whichita Kansas ...saved that expensise motel...✌👍💯🌅🐟🐟..they have picnic table area with fire pit grill set up.. with parking up by the water...you have your own lil individual space...perfect...very secluded area....kind creepy at night I was the only one there🥺...one of those scarry movie type lakes😅🤣😂🤔😮😳🥺NO SWIMMING ALOUD...Gravel one lane dirt road all the way around the lake....nearest store is about 20 min away so come prepared ✌👍...I saw lots of deer here running around...be careful it's a wildlife state park..watch for the Animals crossing
Cute little lake to stay the night at! There are some pit toilets on the one side. Many sites to choose from that are spaced pretty decently apart. There was a dump and water station near the main office building along with a boat ramp. Lake was super calm. Wish I had a chance to get out on the water!
