Campsites are equipped with electric and water hook ups, tables, grills. Campground is divided up into Groups and Family areas. There are modern showers and restrooms. We have full RV hookups with water, electric and sewer. Come join us soon. Please note that there are no cabins at the Jacks Fork Campground.
Jacks Fork Store is located right on the Jacks Fork River. You will find groceries, snacks, ice, cold beverages, souvenirs, t-shirts, sweatshirts, crafts, maps and sundries at the store.
This place might be ok if you have a camper, but we were tent camping. We pulled in, drove through, and left. The bathrooms were a run down shack and my family was having none of it. Thankfully we found vacancy somewhere else and had a great weekend. I wish this campground well.
Loved it best time I've had. This is our second trip here and we will be coming back again next year as well.
I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff seem to be trying to get something off the ground. It appears the place flooded and they are starting over.
The plus side first: the people were nice and helpful. They came and picked us up for our float trip. The trip ended at camp so that was nice. The site was nice.
The bad: there was trash piled up at the entrance, the showers didn't work. The bathrooms were nasty. They don't offer ice or anything. People who camp spend money. What a wasted opportunity to have a thriving business!
I'd actually come over more time to see if they improved. I'd recommend making a building on stilts and sell some stuff! Get trash service or some dumpsters!
Great place to float and super nice staff mean this is a great place to go camp. One star off only because after previous flooding the campground facilities are not yet totally recovered, though everything else was so great it hardly mattered.
