Great, easy location right off 287 but in a rustic Texas style ranch setting complete with really sweet farm animals that only add to the authentic charm and atmosphere. Really close to great restaurants (try The Plaza Mexican for some tasty Tex Mex) and then United Supermarkets for all your grocery, cooking and RV staples. Family friendly, safe, clean, all around really great RV spot close to town. With really kind owners to boot! Very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

My family and I stopped here for the night on our way back home. We loved the country feel, ducks, and chicken that came to greet us. We will definitely stay here again if we need to. Full brand new hook ups are always a plus.

Exactly what we needed, no frills, safe full hookups and they were very accommodating our to our late check-in early checkout

This is strictly a quick, cheap overnight stop. It is full hook ups for about 10 RVs in a field. Would hate to be there if it rains.

Called 2 weeks in advanced to make a reservation for 1 night. I asked what time the "office" closed. I was told 10 pm. Last night I arrive around 7:30 pm. No office in sight. Called the phone number listed. Nothing. It kept going to voicemail. Went up to the house on the property and knocked. Nothing. After not receiving any help whatsoever from the owners, we decided to go somewhere else.

It's 7:30 am as i write this and I still haven't received a phone call.

I'm sure this place is a great place to stay but make sure you get there during daylight hours or you won't receive any help.
