Not recommended to live here i moved as soon i saw too many drugs around this place...you can't even go outside because this people is drug dealing day and night
I love living here nice and quiet have no problem everyone is nice and friendly
Driveways flood when it rains,people leave trash by Dumpster,manager doesn't care,Loud parties some people with multiple cars parked everywhere again Manager doesn't care. Lot was not cleaned and trees trimed at your expense.If you like rocks then this is the place for you no Grass in lots,Weeds Yes
Don't let the reviews scare you , over all this place is comfortable and drama free, it's gated so no random people are driving around, it's the best mobile home park in the northeast dyer area
The manager of the complex does a horrible job keeping out crack head and drugs my grandma lives next to some people who sells drugs, and keeps guns it's so un safe . We've called cops but nothing has been done .Absolutely do NOT recommend this place to live 👎👎
