Not the best RV park but not so bad either.

Pro: Small RV park means less crowded and calm areas. Close to the outlet mall (walking distance), close to food vendors.

Cons: I love cats but too many cats are not good especially when they are roaming free and liter everywhere. The laundry area is really bad, out of 3 dryers only 1 working (sometimes), even the only one that works have an issue where the coin load stuck most of the time. The washing machines are so dirty. Our Neighbour have a dog and never clean after the dog poop immediately which kept flies flying around our area. One time the woman's bathroom's door locked for days due to the keylock broken, and the condition is really poor, the shower head covered with green fungus. We contacted the lady in the office (Hispanic looking) about the dryers, but nothing been done for weeks instead we are being told to use the one in the mobile home park where we should walk with our laundry approximately 10mins! The swimming pool and other amenities are located in mobile home park so we have to walk to mobile home park for amenities listed on RV park in their website which means basically no amenities in the RV park except broken dryers and dirty washing machines and toilet and shower full of fungus.

I write this honest review so people who need the actual condition will be benefited cause the management clearly have no intension to fix the problems in the RV park and not giving an actual information in their website.

Very helpful personal. We had no problems moving in our mobile home. We are very thankful for the help of Melissa and Natasha. Yeah rent has gone up but That's every where.

We stayed here 4 years ago. We were informed that Gaslight Square was purchased 2 years ago and under new management. So, we stayed three nights in the RV Park area. Full hook ups were good. Cable connections were present on site but not working. There is a pool in adjoining community mobile home area. We saw that it was closed due to repairs and was full of water with green algae.

We stayed here for three months in early 2023. Even though it's one of the worst parks we've ever stayed at (very tight sites, 24 hour road noise, fairly dirty), it's the closest RV park to my inlaws house so we needed to stay here again. There is new management on site who don't appear to be overly anxious to rent out RV sites. We were told we needed to fill out an on-line application and pay a $50 credit check. So we did. Waited about ten days and they finally called us back only to ask for a copy of both of our SS cards and our drivers licenses. When asked how they wanted me to send the SS cards and DL, they told me I could just text them to one of the employees personal cell phone. I told them I was very uncomfortable doing that and asked if I could just mail them a check for the entire three months so I did not have to text them our personal information. I was informed that no, "corporate" required that information. I called corporate in Phoenix and could not get anyone except the person who answers the phone. Her response was "that's just our requirement". It makes no sense since I was willing to pay three months upfront. Needless to say, I can't recommend this place.

I was looking for a mobile home for my family and I. Jessica and Yazmine made the process so smooth for us. They showed me a few mobile homes and were very informative. Very pleasant. I have lived here for a few months now, and very peaceful. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a new home.
