This is a nice hiker/biker campsite on the towpath between Little Orleans and Pearre Station. It's pretty secluded and has easy river access.

This is a good hiker/biker campsite along the C&O canal. It is wide open with two fire pits (only one picnic table), and in the summer there is a view of the river. You can also hear the river flowing, which is nice. Major downside was the train tracks are right across the river, and apparently an intersection, because the trains would blow their horns until 1-2am, I woke up each time they passed.
