Indian Canyon Ranch is a Nest In Harmony promoted location, we value natural living and alternative living styles and feature different living structures for off-grid lifestyles. With our guide for the best experience for guests, the owner of Indian Canyon Ranch, Joe, lived and worked in Yosemite & Grand Canyon National Park as project manager, and not wanting the used materials to be wasted in the landfill, Joe captured the opportunity to create an off-grid retreat when he bought the first 10 acres of Indian Canyon Ranch which is now 20 acres total He took years to collect and build this off-grid retreat, piece by piece, up-cycling construction debris.

Had the best experience staying in the purple trailer! Was the perfect getaway spot.
ICR had everything I needed at the site.
Best part was a fire at the end of the night.
Would definitely come back again!
One of the most, if not the most, peaceful places I've been in the world. The accommodation is on a beautiful spot near a little canyon, some away from the paved roads. In the beginning we were a bit shocked to drive off road with our sedan on a sandy path that gets rougher and rougher to the ranch, but the car survived and we were actually worrying too much. Joe was very kind to us and made us feel safe and comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our two nights here and would everyone recommend to visit this serene pearl in Southern Utah.
Joe was spectacular! He property was beautiful and all of the living quarters were perfect. If you’re looking for the true authentic feel of being under the stars in Utah, look here! Extremely affordable too.
Indian Canyon Ranch is one of the best camping places I’ve been to in my life! Sleeping in the American yellow school bus was truly unique experience. Whole place is well prepared and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Joe greeted us in Polish which was really nice, he explained everything and we had an interesting conversation - thank you Joe! Oh, I have to mention the nature: beautiful dark sky full of stars during the night and during the day amazing views of the mountains. If you like nature and camping - it’s a place for you to stay! I hope I will be able to come back there again for a longer period of time!
Very nice stay in the Indian canyon ranch. Our host has been very kind and helpful. We slept in the bus : such an atypical experience ! The ranch is a calm place like a little sanctuary. You MUST understand that the ranch is a place dedicated to nature and ressources preservation : only solar energy and water savings : for people who need high comfort : this is not for you. For people who are searching for nature connection and camp like stay : it's awesome. Some advices : 1) arrive before night : it's difficult to find the ranch and install yourself at night. 2) the road is very rough, we managed to reach the ranch but with high difficulty with a Ford mustang.
Enjoy the stay : that's a real different experience. We loved it even if we stayed one single night.
