Green Canyon yurt is a 24-foot diameter yurt that sleeps up to twelve people. It is located at the end of the Green Canyon groomed ski trail (i.e., the end of the summer road), so it offers a good introductory yurt experience for new skiers or snowshoers. For the adventurous, it is a great base camp for ascents of Bierdneau Peak and beyond. It includes sleeping pads, a wood stove for heat and melting snow for drinking water, a propane stove for cooking, LED lanterns, and a full array of kitchen utensils, dishes, and cookware for 12. The Green Canyon yurt is served by a permanent vault toilet.

Breathtaking in view, serene in person, captivating at heart. You can spend time camping in the summer and enjoy the beautiful skies in the night and, during the day, hear the chirping of birds and the sound of the water under the warmth of the sun.
Highly recommended to spend quality time away with family.

Green Canyon is the best and is gorgeous. It is why the Logan area is one of my favorite spots in the world.
This place is gorgeous in the summer. It lives up to its name. We often go camping there. You can also head to town to get supplies. It is close to town. We like to spend one to two days camping.
The winter is great too. There is a huge cave. You hike up a mountain. The view from it is beautiful. You can see a long ways out. There is also a smaller cave a ways down. One year we were allowed to stay at a yurt. It was so much fun.
The canyon is not a far drive. You can drive a ways in if you want to, and hike only as far as you want to.
