Our dogs went crazy running around and loved it..but the hawks were kinda getting low don't know if it was for our puppy or something dead already but it was really kinda scary.
Love the park. Quiet and relaxing. Great place to take dogs off leash. People do ride horses there.
This is a very beautiful nature park. They have mudding trails, hiking trails, and a boat dock. No public restrooms. No benches. No playground. River shore walks. Lots of natural plants and animals all around. If you like hiking in pure nature this is the place. You can let your dogs run off leash here!!! That is awesome!!
I love to walk my dogs off leash. This is the only park in Sangamon that it is not a play pen but an off leash nature walk. Awesome!
