Beautiful historic farmhouse just up the road from the village. We enjoyed the stay and the unique experience so much that we plan to return soon.
Cozy converted farm house evokes atmosphere of the early 20th century and Idyllwild's local history. Great location - 5 minute walk to the center of town, with all of the key amenities (full kitchen, wifi, fireplace, parking, etc). Plenty of nooks and crannies to hide away and relax or read a book, and lots of choices for dining indoor or out. The host Leita Ford is a true angel - with a super kind heart, a raft of stories to tell, and great attention to our needs.
Indeed, an interesting place, but will anyone address or question the weird experiences? Anything about the weird noises, steps in the middle of the night and the knocking on the upstairs bedroom door?
