Management already in lawsuit and refuses to fix problems like electrical. Claims Management not responsible for any damage caused to your appliance's by electricity barely over 100 v and destroying AC's, refrigerators, computers, ect. They won't let you call electrician or gas company. They make it clear they do what they want and removed GFCI breaker I had installed to save my trailer from fire risk. The list is long on code violations but they seem to have paid off Riverside County Code Enforcement not to come on the property. I deeply regret moving in this to this park.

I went in and talked to Monica in the office, she's wonderful. I'd love to live in the property she manages!

You have to go through a bit of paperwork with applications for approval and they have a limit on the year of your rig. Rent is 460 + 460 deposit you also pay for your electricity and other amenities. it adds up quick.

I would like to live there I just can't afford it right now.

Well-maintained pool area complements this delightful spot in Sky Valley . There are some spaces to buy here. Reasonable HOA.

Not a great place to live . People tend to be possessive and discriminatory. We came to visit my sister, so she invited us to a pool they have there . The pools aren't anything special .but for some reason, a few older women that live here were upset and mad that we had kids with us and told us to go away. That this is there pool. I'm hoping it was just because of the kids not cause we are Hispanic. People here aren't friendly at all. Not more I can say. Hope management looks into this.
