One of the most beautiful hikes ever. Challenging but definitely lot of fun. Bring lots of water and some extra. Definitely try not to do it on a hot day like I did when it was 103F. The cables are definitely sketchy in one section but again no fun without a challenge. Good idea to hire a guide if you don’t want to deal with permit paperwork for the cables. Highly recommended for hikers looking for a challenge!!!
I’ve had this on on my “bucket list” for a while and finally had the opportunity to complete the hike. It did not disappoint!
I began at the trailhead parking lot, hiked through the night and arrived just in time for sunrise, a sight to be seen and I recommend to everyone.
Overall, I would do this again and again, I recommend the experience to everyone.
