About Campground

The I 40 Hideaway is located on Cuba Landing Road 1/8th mile off of the I 40 interstate. We are on 26 acres of Forested land with 21 RV sites, 10 Cabins, 1 3bd 2 bath Lodge and 20 tent camping sites. All RV sites have 30/50 amp power and water. Only 8 sites have sewer at this time but we have applied for the permit to make all the sites have sewer and we are expecting completion around Dec of 2020. We also have a fishing pond on the site that is catch and release only. It is stocked with catfish, bluegill, bass, carp. You can text or call our phone number with any questions you have.

Nice, secluded. Drawbacks were the entrance is ver steep, loud truck waking you up at 5 am. Sites need a little more work, no Wi-Fi. Otherwise I’d stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean campground, close to the highway, however super quiet. We stopped for one night and had a good night rest. Would definitely stay there again!

10/10 cute woodsy rv park but they also have some more secluded tent spots and a few really nice cabins. We came through on a thunderstorm and the manager let us put our tent in the covered picnic area and even helped us move the tables

Called the office in the morning while stopping for possible night stay and didn't get a call back until after 3pm. Couldn't answer simple questions, seemed drunk. After looking at the place the water is orange and smells heavy of rust, no Wi-Fi and current tenants seemed to think that unless you are a personal friend or family, RUN. Moved on to a less suspicious location. Never did see management but she was not friendly and seemed offended on the phone.

Very nice lady that runs the place! If you need time on your payments, she’ll work with you. Very clean and quiet RV park. Our only complaint was that the power went out several times and the water also ran on the power, so we would come home to no power or water a few times after work. Other than that, very nice place!
