This was the most beautiful, serene, clean, comfortable, relaxing, accommodating place that I have ever stayed at.

The views are absolutely pristine. The atmosphere and location is perfect for getaways and business. There is wifi, satellite TV, gaming system, checkers, board games, and arcade games plus more for entertainment. The pet area has a concrete floor, kennels in 3 different accommodating sizes, even toys for your furbabies.

The bedrooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The living area and open kitchen floor plan is perfect for family. There are rocking chairs and hammocks to relax in on the entire length of porch with a charcoal grill, also.

The decor makes it feel like home!

They have a picnic table with benches and chairs, and a firepit area next to cabin while providing you with the makings for s'mores, hot chocolate, and coffee. Your kitchenware, bedding, and extra cozy towels are there. Now, let's talk about this duel walk in, stone shower!! Omg, the luxury of this amazing thing! This is in addition to the other two bathrooms. 10-12 people can easily stay extremely comfortably! There is also a laundry room for your convenience, along with a pantry that has extra sauces, spices, coffee, etc. You could not ask for a better place to stay away from home at.

Definitely a five star rating and would give more if I could!

The experience had a few problems. The Hideaway had been overtaken by mice. So much that they had left their poop in the kitchen and in some of the beds.

The owner was out of town so communication with her was a problem. She did have someone to bring 3 mousetraps which caught three mice and one live one overnight.

It being a holiday weekend there was no where else around that could accommodate us. We checked and was willing to drive even more than the hours we had already driven.

The TV cable didn't work for 2 days so that problem got solved.

There's not a pullout bed which is in the description.

I just think it's probably due to a lack of experience on the owner's part. And I don't think an apology for the inconveniences were ever offered.

What an amazing spot in the TN mountains the hosts were extremely hospitable and exceeded our every expectation!!! Remote area very quiet and absolutely beautiful, yet the accommodations are very modern and have everything you would need. Our favorite hike was Marguerite Falls this is one of the most beautiful hikes I’ve been on.

I absolutely love this place! I've been here twice already and will be making my third trip out there in August. The host are so welcoming and made sure to let us know if we need anything to let them know to make our stay even more comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend it!

I've been here twice. Once just after the new owners took over and again mid July 2021. The work this entire family has put into the property is exemplary! The attention to detail is amazing. The family is so welcoming & warm. The added bonus of being able to bring my fur babies does it for me. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. I'm already planning my next stay.
