About Campground

Sugarloafers is nestled along the lower Ocoee River and is located on a portion of the old Ocoee Outdoors Zipline. With great views of Sugarloaf and Big Frog Mountains, Sugarloafers is an excellent gateway to Parksville Lake, the Ocoee River, the Cherokee National Forest and all the activities it affords including our favorites - whitewater rafting on the Hiwassee & Ocoee Rivers, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Lazy River Tubing, Fishing, and so much more!

Our property is one of nine - 5 acre tracts along the river. As of Fall of 2022, one house has been built and it is on a lot adjacent to this one. So while this site is some distance from the house, it is currently within view.

Directions

Take the driveway next to the large zipline tower and Ocoee Outdoors sign. This driveway is shared with the residence next door. Stay on left when the driveway splits and head straight toward the treeline along the river. The driveway will curve left and meander down to the campsite.
