We used to ride the horses every year but the price is $65 a person now. It is hard to shell out $260 for a family of 4 for not even a hour.

They have 2 people over seeing the campground. Dawn is a very nice person and will work with anyone. Shirley doesn't have the people skills to be working here. She thinks that whatever rule that she has made up in her head is LAW. I am looking forward to meeting Denis Roberts, the campground president, to let him know how Shirley is. This place could be a really good place to camp, but not with Shirley involved. They wonder why everyone that has left went to Timber Ridge. I purchased my deed in January 2023 and regret it everyday. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. TRUST ME.

Love this campground. Quite, peaceful, scenic, clean. You're within 30 minutes of awesome state parks, scenic drives, and Helen. We use it as our "base of operations" for exploring/enjoying the North Georgia mountains.

Dawn, the manager, is the sweetest person. You can tell she loves her job.She goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your stay.

The bath house is showing it's age, but it's always clean.

Internet is great. Spots are small and close together compared to most states parks, but pretty standard for "for profit" campgrounds.

To be honest, if we could just be members here, and not the resort, we'd be fine. We have yet to use any of their facilities in the year and a half we've been members.

The hot tub has been out of service since we've joined. Would be kinda nice after a day of hiking.
