Great park to stay at while working. You can let your kids run around the park. Super quite. No stealing or any issues. They have security at night. Will stay here anytime I am working in Carlsbad. The owners are super good people. I do not have one complaint. Wifi is good for just email but you can pay 3rd party company 50 dollars and wifi is super fast and can stream movies. Really nice laundry room. Spots are very large l, level, and hard ground.
Good spot for $. Wide spots accommodates even the biggest unit. This is a minimalist rv Park with no free Internet or cable. Many full timers. Not a quiet as we thought it’d be, but it was sufficient for what we needed.
very unprofessional manager and business. They do not go by the contract they give nor do they have control of their emotions. Mood swings and constantly kicking people out for 1-2 days without rent paid when people get paid in friday.
Absolutely love it . It's great for location nobody except for a few are rude past midnight with music of other whereabouts I love it here
