RV pull through sites are great. Staff are friendly and helpful. I loved the camp store and snack bar. There is so much to do. The only critique would be that golf cart prices are high. You need a golf cart to get around as it is a big park. Also, playground equipment is dated and uninviting throughout the park. This surprised me as the park seems well run. The small pool area was fun for the kids, but needs a little updating as well. I was surprised there is only one pool area on site with as big as the RV park is.

My parents own a lot here. The resort is always clean, including the beach area. However coming to swim after work I was hounded by people asking me who I was and telling me people outside the park aren't allowed to swim.

Pictures don’t do this justice. We stayed at this resort in our class A for two months. The park is peaceful yet fun at the same time. The park model owners take pride in the upkeep and landscaping of their properties. There are activities for all ages; corn hole, pickleball, tennis, cards, crafts, fishing and so much more. Best of all, the people who live here made this a heartwarming and cherished summer for us. Thanks for the memories❤️

No Wi-fi, beach is small, can’t park near the beach too many golf carts, playground is run down could use a turn around and updates! Only has one bathroom at the beach only. Food trucks are nice but highly expensive. Office staff does not get back with you when you ask a question. Also, I had to wait on office staff to arrive on time for work. Place is well kept up as in clean. The camping is nice but the sewage stinks on a rainy and hot days.

Could use more amenities, like public Wi-Fi and laundry. The staff I interacted with were super nice. We heard some folks complaining about the new owners; I guess time will tell.

Update: Seasonal rates went up $200.00. I've been here a little while now, met more people, heard more complaints about the owners. Purchased my own Wi-Fi. (Not something you normally need to do at a "Resort".)

Update: Seasonal rates went up an additional $250.00 (that's $450.00 increase in two seasons) and still zero improvements to the existing "resort".

Update 2: Staff is still super nice. If you have an issue they make an effort to fix it. Beach has been updated. Heard a lot of complaints about bad smells this season. Don't know about price increases yet.

Update 3: Price went up $500.00 this year. Not sure where all the money is going, but it's not back into the "resort". Down to 2 stars now. Greedy owners.
