We are in Beautiful Pagosa Springs Colorado.
We take pride in being a independently owned and operated RV Park, open we now open all year, with a kind, courteous staff. Our RV Park is situated on 20 acres, with open sites.
Pet friendly, we also have a creek for your viewing enjoyment.
We are located off of Hwy. 160 only 5 miles West of town. The park is approximately 45 miles from Durango.
We are an ideal place for families.
For your convenience, we also have laundry facilities.
From jct US 84 & US 160: Go 9-1/2 mi W on US 160.
I was a little skeptical when I booked this place. It was the last place with availability. There is a website but it doesnt give a ton of information. I used google maps and recon'd the area and went in with fingers crossed. NAILED IT! GOLD MINE! This place is awesome. There is literally nothing to do except enjoy the peace of the river and the nights... holy cow.... the nights. No light pollution and the starts are amazing. Cell phone service... not with AT&T and I was totally ok with that. The park has wifi and its ok at best (We use Starlink). Fernando is a world class host and just an all around good dude. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Definitely, recommend staying here. Fernando was awesome and friendly. Fernando is a great host and made us feel like family. lovely and quaint RV resort. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future. Gracias, Fernando por todo!!
We just got in today and already I'm giving 5 stars. We had trouble with a slide not popping out..and after my husband worked on it for several hours, he asked Fernando for help. He had just what we needed to get it working. He and some of the other campers were wonderful. The little creek behind the sites is so peaceful. Just make sure you follow gps because there is no sign...we passed the first time😂 Looking forward to the rest of the week here
Best campground in Pagosa! The owners are great and very accommodating. The campground was very tranquil and relaxing. They had a wonderful heated bathhouse which was very pleasant after the hot springs. Washer an dryer was great as well.They even have heated water lines to prevent freezing pipes. So we got fresh water even in the middle of winter! . Close enough to town but far enough away too. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you!
I was in a jam. Trying to find a new spot in the middle of July. I called this place. They answered the phone right away. They had a spot open. The owner of the park was friendly and very helpful. Checked on me everyday. I highly recommend this park. They do have people living here as well. All very friendly people. If you need a spot for a night or longer. This place is not far from the stores. Or sights of Pagosa Springs.
The laundry room and bathroom is very clean. They have a nice little creek too. I would stay here again for sure.
