About Campground
The Hembree Park Campsite offers an area for individuals or groups to gather and enjoy nature within the safe environment of a City Park. The site can be used by individuals, families, civic groups, etc. The grounds include an open grass area, fire ring with log seating, 2 picnic tables, and 11 tent pads.
There are no water/electrical hookups, or firewood on-site.
Fees
Pricing: $100 refundable damage deposit, $50/$75 per night (Resident/Non-Resident)

Great multiuse park, sports Rec center, you kid can be playing baseball for one of the teams or other gym activities while you go on a nice walk on the trail, clean, safe
I like the privacy and the tranquility. I am recovering from having 2 total knee replacements within 5 months. I've gained weight , being unable to do my daily walk. But I saw this park , decided to try it. I do have to be careful of the rocks because I dnt want to twist an ankle (I had surgery on my Achilles ) they also have nice hiking trails for those who hike. I dnt feel like people are judging me, but I must say the ppl who are out , do not speak. I get the feeling they feel I shouldn't be there 😉 but I will continue to go there and walk.
