Camp by the creek and let your worries fade away. This peaceful, quiet site offers primitive camping on the banks of the creek, and you are welcome to get your feet wet.
The sites are large with flat fields, and plenty of natural privacy as well as some shaded areas. Perfect for self contained campers or tents. There is no power or water available on site!
Walnut Creek is a DOUBLE SIZED site, perfect for 2 groups, or one large group or those who don't want anyone nearby. You pay once, both sites are included. Best creek access is here.

Creekside is only for tents or small campers and is our most private site.

My house is on the left, just PAST the white mobile home (only mobile home on the road), at the half mile mark.
You will drive past my house straight to your site.
Please drive slowly on the gravel road. No more than 10 mph! If you are making dust, you are going too fast!
Drive on past the field, and over the creek. On the far side of the creek you will see an opening on the left. That is the entrance to the camping area.
You will be driving straight to your site, which will be marked with a labeled bucket on the table.
Bucket includes a fire bucket (please fill with water before starting a campfire), a trashbag, and a roll of toilet paper.
When you leave, please leave the buckets on the table. All trash goes in the big trash can by the outhouse.
If a neighbor asks questions, please just tell them you are my guest. And if they have other questions they should ask me.
A great place to stay for an overnight-er or a few days. Great host and conveniently located for travel and shopping. Cell phones work pretty good here too. I was able to use my hotspot to get some work done while I was there!
