Great place to boondock. Easy road to enter from Apple Valley. The only service station in Apple Valley has RV stop but water pump is free to anyone. Good cell phone reception with Verizon. You can enter from Rockdale and Grafton Road but 4 wheel recommended and not recommended at all when wet.

Great scenery which make up for the lack of fluidity on the trails. There are short technical sections, overall a good time. Not a great place for a workout.

Loved GooseberryMesa! We stayed in the yurts which had a beautiful overlook. You don’t have a electricity or water so make sure your prepared. They have wood that you can donate for use. The trail to get there is little bumpy so have an SUV or go real slow. Taking the bikes to the north rim Trail was a blast! Definitely going back to ride all the other trails.

Good trail that is a little technical. The flow is a little choppy but, good for intermediate / advanced riders with great views.

Just a thought but, if those dots were dashes it might be a little easier to follow and keep the flow a little quicker.

Epic mountain biking trails, much of it over very unique rock formations; I felt like I was on another planet. Definitely technical in parts (especially South Rim, which is not for beginner riders). I started with the Practice trail to North Rim to South Rim. Had a blast here!
