It's quiet and secure... the Owner drives through regularly. Owners are great people to rent from and try their best to be accommodating to all your needs. You are walking distance from a convenience store, local grocer, laundry mat, bar and restaurant. Honestly only met one person in Calhan who was not friendly ♡ Kid friendly and pet friendly!! The spaces are not overly huge, but they are not small either.
I have family that have stayed here several times. Well managed and maintained. Best advice is to call ahead because they are full most of the season.
The staff is very helpful,friendly. We had a short notice to move are unit. We couldn't find a spot intell we called Cadllac Jack's. He had one that would fit are 30'unit
Good place , outside town , quiet . No wash house facilities . They do allow long term camping
Very reasonable. Looks better, when inside. Many trees, grass, and well maintained. Also got a little of everything you need, very close by
