Lots to explore on this GREAT property. Hiking, fly fishing, biking, 4x4, etc. Note: The property also features a fully off-grid cabin that will be having utilities installed in the coming months but is currently not a part of the rental.
Head west down county road 14 near the end you will see a built in driveway with a green sign on the right. Pull in up there and you are good to set up camp!
The house, location, amenities, view, etc. all 5/5 stars. Everything was very accessible in town and the experience was the best. The house is exactly what you are looking for in Breckenridge, I highly recommend staying here - it was perfect. Definitely will be back and will be telling my family & friends about staying here.
We stayed at this house for a long weekend this Summer and it was amazing. The amenities, space, comfort and access to downtown were perfect. The house was laid out great for us with plenty of privacy and rooms for our large group. There is a shuttle bus stop just a couple of houses down so for skiing I can imagine this being a great location. The next time we are back in Breck we will definitely check if this house is available so we can stay again.
Absolutely 'Amazing' Property! It is located at the top of the street and the views are spectacular. Close enough that some from our group walked down to main street during the day, but the private shuttle access that comes with the rental is just as nice. 3 'Master' Bedrooms with enough space for privacy and the built in bunks and queen bunks gave plenty of space for the kids. Two areas with large screen TVs and a huge table for dinner. Only trouble we had was finding things in the kitchen...IT'S HUGE...and figuring out the remotes for the TVs...likely our own fault for not taking advantage of setting time aside for the management company in the beginning to show you around (we arrived late and then were never there during the days). It was winter, but the deck upstairs would have been a great place to hang out on during warm days/evenings and since we were there in during winter, the hot tub was a great way to close out the day. If you go during the winter, you get the advantage of a 'mud room' with heated floors for your boots, coats and accessories! The place to stay if you are visiting Breckenridge!
From the moment we arrived it felt settled. The accommodations were perfect for a group of 13. The house was clean and well stocked with clean towels, sheets, dishes and some toiletries. We were happy to find the grill was available for use in the middle of January. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate meal preparations for a large group such as ours. I loved the large dinning table that fit all of us at mealtime. The proximity to town was close enough for us to walk. The on request shuttle service was perfect for farther activities. The drivers were friendly and knowledgeable, please be sure to tip them if you use the service. The views were spectacular, the neighbors were friendly and the hot tub inviting after a long day spent enjoying the mountains. We hope to come back in the spring/summer to enjoy the weather and more outdoor activities. No need to look further. This is the place to stay if you want to enjoy this lovely little town.
