The Sand Pond Group Camp is available for youth groups. There are two small picnic pavilion areas, fire rings and access to water. The area is near the restroom and shower facilities but separate from other camping.

I had a 4 day stay 4/13 - 4/17. Another great State Park in FL. We had a storm roll thru that knocked out power and water for about six hours, but other than that it's a great place to camp. Two ponds on either side of the road entrance. Plenty of Cypress trees.

Nice campaign area with hiking trails. The trails are well marked and maintained. It’s an easy flat 2 mile loop.

A lovely, small State campground. It has water & electric, but no sewer. There is a dump station. Very clean showers & bathrooms. The sites are nicely spaced apart. It’s very quiet. Love the hiking trails. Only half an hour from the beach. There are 2 small ponds great for kayaking or paddle boarding.
