Super kind and helpful service for our emergency RV stop at midnight - Joe saved the day!! Felt safe, clean, and surprisingly quiet for being right off the highway. Nice to have the truck stop, food, and amenities across the road, too. Couldn't be more grateful for staying here and will add this stop to our routine Canada roadtrips from here-on-out. Thanks again!!

Found us a site after saying none available on day of arrival. NO RESERVATION SYSTEM AVAILABLE, so owners reply is incorrect. We were just traveling thru NE, no idea it was state fair time. Called 4 days before arrival & told to just come in as 3 sites available. Park is mostly long term & residents very friendly. Quite run down, grass at utility post very long, at least 2 1/2 ft, but grass mowed on perimeter & sites mostly mowed. Dumpster overflowing. No paperwork except receipt emailed. Never told us where restrooms and/or laundry are so dont even know if they have them. Wifi was inadequate to even sign on. Quite expensive $50 for what you get. Is listed on Good Sam website, but is not & no discount. Looks like may be trying to make improvements.
We are workampers, so know how a park should be run! I am definitely not a "Karen"! Manager was an a-hole! Do not recommend this park & would never stay here again.
After breaking down late at night I called to
check availability and Joe answered. I explained my situation and he said “come on”. Loved that. When we arrived well after hours he came over to our site to help us back in and say hello. Then I asked how much and he said you have been through enough just enjoy your stay. What a
Blessing this was for us. So kind and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks Joe.
Trash and unkept was the first thing we noticed as we drove in. It says Good Sam on the website but not, no discount at all, not Good Sam, senior, veteran or AAA. At $50 a night, not worth it. It the most we’ve paid on our travels this far and stayed at much nicer places for $30. Would have driven in and out had we not have been so tired. All I can say is we got a good night sleep.
I have been here since June 2023. We have had 3 different managers. Joe is gone and is no longer here. Things went downhill after he left.
Rent was recently raised to $650/month for all RV/Trailer sites, 30 or 50 Amp. We had no snow removal after the last storm.
Bathhouse is blighted, in bad shape and it doesn't seem to be getting cleaned regularly. The pictures on the website are not how it is now.
Park claims to have Wi-Fi but it only reaches some parts of the park. I am currently paying a neighbor to use his Starlink services.
No improvements have been made since I have been here except a sink being replaced in the bathroom. Management has been made aware of the Wi-Fi issue but nothing has been done.
I hope things get better. Right now they are kind of rough and rough looking.
