I have been here since June 2023. We have had 3 different managers. Joe is gone and is no longer here. Things went downhill after he left.

Rent was recently raised to $650/month for all RV/Trailer sites, 30 or 50 Amp. We had no snow removal after the last storm.

Bathhouse is blighted, in bad shape and it doesn't seem to be getting cleaned regularly. The pictures on the website are not how it is now.

Park claims to have Wi-Fi but it only reaches some parts of the park. I am currently paying a neighbor to use his Starlink services.

No improvements have been made since I have been here except a sink being replaced in the bathroom. Management has been made aware of the Wi-Fi issue but nothing has been done.

I hope things get better. Right now they are kind of rough and rough looking.
