My rating has gone up because they have cleaned it up. If only the citizens would do their part, it could be a world-class park again.
Beautiful Park...hardly no tailgaters lots of families with small children fishing and retirees...just needs lots of updates and lake area needs to be cleaned to much trash ..beautiful cranes ducks geese...all bridges over lakes need to be done again new....still a hidden jewel on plain site
This park is a lovely! There are pieces of History scattered throughout it. There's ample space for events or picnicking or visiting with others.
It was especially in livening during the Juneteenth Festival in which the community came out to support each other with music poetry drums and amazing vendors.
