Beautiful place to be during the summer. The Christmas lights show beautifully during the winter. Great location for peace with the woods and river.
Great host. Mark met us just outside the campground so that he could escort us to our site. A river runs along side of the campground
The camp host mark was the best. We showed up late and he met us and drove us to the camp ground. Also provided us with a water hose because we forgot ours at home. The camp ground it’s self is peaceful and beautiful, right by the river. Definitely recommend any traveler looking for a nice place to stay! Thanks again!
Need a place to rest before moving on. Stop here at Elk River, owner Mark was so accommodating. He had us meet him off the thurway, and followed him to the campground and took us to a beautiful site. Told us to take our time, no hurry to leave. In the morning texted us and suggested we take a walk to see the river. Was a great walk, Sun shining and river sparkling. If you every get the chance try them out. Tell Mark, Marlene and Dave sent you!
This campground is absolutely beautiful…there is a river to canoe, kayak, fish…we will definitely be back and stay a while longer…owner Mark is the nicest guy!! Thanks for a beautiful stay!!
