Pretty shallow lake. Water is nice and cool and clear. BEWARE OF LEECHES.

Very warm and also slimy and nasty (full of dead frogs and polliwogs). Nice for little kids because it’s shallow, but it’s pretty gross and not very refreshing.

Lots of slimies on the bottom, kind of stinky. I brought a kayak though and that was really nice to just paddle around, it's a beautiful area

I was able to go here during the summer for a party. The water was murky and the ground was slimy. I saw a lot of dead frogs and there were tadpoles and salamanders everywhere. I felt gross in the water but the experience was fun with friends. There isn’t any shade here so I recommend bringing an umbrella or something like that. There was a lot of ATV traffic so if you bring your kids or dogs, make sure they are close by because they drove by really fast and didn’t really respect all the people on the beach. Overall an okay experience!
