New owners nickel and dime you to death. T-shirt prices raised $10 in two days. Not friendly people at all. Supposedly they said we were joy riding in the RV Park----but we were just returning from a ride. Had to be someone else but we got blamed for it. Rules are not followed for all. Can't park vehicles in the grass but there's been several vehicles parked in the grass across from us. Our group will never return.

The cabins are old, shabby and out of date. Rustic is putting it nicely. There are two outlets in the whole two bedroom cabin. There were 30+ nails sticking out of the walls in the bedroom, we’re not sure why. We stayed with my husband’s parents for three days in cabin #19 mid August. They were there for two weeks. My mother in law requested new sheets after the first week they were there and the people at the front office were very rude and wanted to know why she wanted new sheets. When she arrived the floor was dirty and Sandy so she asked for a bucket and mop. She didn’t request they clean, she just wanted a bucket and mop so she could clean the floor herself. On the 12th day they were there she requested clean towels and the front office told her to go wash her own towels. They refused to exchange her dirty towels for clean ones.

The kitchen window was duct taped shut instead of caulked, the furniture and bedspreads were very dirty.

My husband’s family and extended family have been going to the Colorado Dream Ranch in Taylor Park for seventeen years, enjoying the beautiful scenery and riding the trails.

We heard it was under new ownership. They are extremely rude and we won’t be going back, nor will our family and friends.

Beautiful park with great views and many ATV Trails to enjoy. If you use the shower accommodations they are very clean. A little dated but clean for a park. The people running the camp are very friendly and watch the park closely. We were not worried about leaving our camp while riding the trails all day. Defiantly will go back.

Average RV park. Has it’s goods and not so goods. Goods are Atving location, plenty of room to drive in large RVs, great help in the camp ground park, stable hookup power, sewer, nice help in trading post and restaurant. Not so goods, no fire pit in half of the locations, rvs close together, low water pressure and flow, restaurant food, cost of everything is pricey but understandable due to location.

New owners are absolutely terrible people and have no idea how to run this place. Threatened us with guns on their hips, not a group of people you want to do business with unfortunately. We’ve been staying in this RV park for over 10 years. New owners ruined it for us unfortunately.
