From I-70 (exit 97): Go 3/4 mi W on south frontage road.
Dirty, good luck getting any maintenance or help, the owner is a grade a ### who treats people very badly and is always evicting people for no reason. The bathrooms are filthy and full of bugs. If the County would look into it, there are many things that have been done that are not quite legal. The manager is, however, a real good guy. Some nice people live here. They should have someone on hand to help the elderly, alone, and single women.

Owner (Simone) and manager (Danny) are both very nice guys and easy to work with.
Happy with my stay, will probably change my 4* to a 5* when I move out if there are no hassles with returning my deposit. All the upsides far out weigh the down side!

Terrible place to live. People's speakers blast all night long. A weird person was walking around my trailer at night and slashing people's tires. my girlfriend was terrified of the neibors. my things were getting stolen. the owner is terrible and racist. do not go here at all costs. it's terrible.
Caleb is a great host! He was friendly accommodating and super helpful. This is a special place.
