Love this place...went the last nice day of the year, very busy. Have been going for years and today many disrespectful ppl on the 2 way trails, not signalling the number in group, or paying no attention to signals. They need to be more clear at this when selling passes. Wnf does a good job grooming trails and it's worth the drive. We usually go 3 to 5 times a year. Plan your schedule to not be there when it's busy if you can.

Great place to get a good night's sleep in RV or tent. Camping at Trailheads is free!

Lots of off road activity from four wheelers and dirt bikes and consequent dust. Some riffraff after dark making noise with loud exaust pipes as they drive by. No law enforcement present. Otherwise is a nice wooded area with lots of crickets and kadydids to sing you to sleep after the noise has subsided for the day.
