If I could give these people a lower score I would. Staying at the Willow office staff is very VERY UNFRIENDLY towards the guest to a point they seem to be Racist? Cost is deposit 400.00 an rent + Electric is over 800.00 a month. Average guests spend on electricity 300 to 500 a month. It’s crazy high. Front out bound gate is broken today swing back and forth in the wind. Walked to office to report it. I watch several cars almost get high by the Heavy steel Gate Could you imagine that big gate hitting you nice automobile. And the damage wow. Walk to off. Locked of corse and knocked on door. After a few knocks staff gal popped out for the room on the right with mask on and stood 5ft front the door with her hand covering her face and proceeded to tell me I don’t have a appointment and she can’t help me. Me not want to see the park get sued because of the gate. I Told them they need to tie off the gate to keep it from swing or someone is going to get hurt and if someone does the possibility of getting sued is very likely if something happens. She reply they have it covered. And she walked away, ok. Humm. I looked towards the gate seeing it still swinging in the wind almost hitting another car trying to leave the park. I found the maintenance man. And told Him my concerns. He said he put a rock in from of the gate but someone stole it. Omg. Wind would push the gate with that rock really easy. To him should tie it off with rope or chain.

What do I care, so sad this place sense these kids took over, they running it into the ground. When anything happens to the park they seem to take it out on the people stay here. New set of rules and or rise of rent to make it harder on its guest

Don’t stay at this park. I’m now waiting to see what retaliation I’ll get for expressing concerns.

In my 50 plus years. I’m never seen a place so miss managed

lived here for 3 years. Don’t think they’ve actually ever cleaned their public bathroom or showers. Very run down. Needs new management.

They are scammers, they don’t care that stuff happens and you have to cancel moving in. They won’t give you your $350 back.

There's a lot going on here. Since COVID-19 started, the office is always closed. The manager Monica Steel is the worst manager we have ever had. The property looks like a dump, homeless people are always coming into the park in the pool and restrooms. They even come and sleep in your space. The gate is always open there is no security. My neighbor had his bike stolen. There are many permanent residents but the new ones can only stay for 6 months and then they have to move out.
