Visiting a friend at this mobile home park, I couldn't help noticing the condition of no up keep look this place had. Ask my friend why management wasn't doing more and he said many of the residents had asked for help but were afraid they would be evicted for asking. I ask about the sewer smell and he said they had to live with it. Not a place to go visit a friend.
absolutely vile almost like a north korean police state. banning flowers and flower pots bordering on evil. ripping vulnerable people off. karma is gonna getcha
Coming here from the Vice interview. Can we set up a go fund me to help residents move or purchase the park for themselves? I think Colorado set up a law that helps residents buy their parks.
As a resident here for six years this mobile home has continued to decline. Management nor the landlord do anything to take responsibility to improve this park. They are unprofessional and leave the good people of this mobile home to fend for themselves. Since the fires less homeless have been around but nothing has been done to clear out the debris from the fires. Me as well as some residents are leaving this place soon.
Banning the ownership of flowers and flowerpots? Wind chimes?
Raising rents by 28%?
Wishing people to become homeless on camera in front of an interviewer?
Horrible. The fact that you all have now been entrusted with people’s lives is deplorable. Disgusting property management.
