Great hike for families. Mostly shaded, frequent creek access points. Found some banana slugs amd four leaf clovers but didn't see any salamanders.
This was a nice hike. Pretty easy hike with very little elevations and lots of shades. Hiking along the creek was very peaceful with the sounds of the rushing water and many birds chirping. Went on a weekday, so was not busy.
Beautiful trails through the redwoods. Not too steep. Any time of year. Steelhead trout in the creek, woodpeckers in the trees, cool water in the creek.
