From jct I-8 & Hwy 86 (4th St exit): Go 1 block S on 4th St, then 1 block E on Wake Ave.
This was a last minute stop for the night. Staff was very accommodating. Great map and directions to our spot, decent laundry facilities. Nice park, would like to see the residents pick up after themselves more. Trash and cigarette butts in some places.
Very nice and clean RV Park and Golf Club. Exceptional phone assistance with my reservation. As we arrived after the office closed, our reservation info was taped to the window complete with my receipt as planned. The bathroom was very clean. Electrical hookups for 30 and 50 amps. The overnight RV spaces are large and are pull-through spaces for added convenience.
For $25 USD dry camping, I wouldn't expect much. But, our spot was just in the middle of an open gravel lot with stored vehicles. The women's bathroom had a catastrophic ceiling collapse that appeared to have no attention while we were there.
We were to do an overnight here which turned into 2 nights.
The pull thru short term sights were narrow with no table or place for 1. The electric panel was messed up from abuse and age. The park itself was nice, surrounding a 9 hole golf course.
The ladies in the office were kind and helpful.
