What a pleasant surprise and a great find... I am a Snowbird and normally overnight at Valley of the Rouge State Park during my migrations. This time I stayed at Cypress Cove. Everything about this park was nice. surprisingly the majority of the tenants are long-term but the RVs and the sites are clean and proper, everybody was friendly... A big plus for me is that it was quiet.. it definitely will be my Choice in the future.
This is the worst RV park I’ve ever stayed at. Claudette the manager has an extremely nasty attitude. I had a concern that I brought up during my stay and she became defensive and hostile immediately. She told me to stop complaining or she would evict me from the park. So basically she threatened me. Wow. She has serious anger issues because I talked to others in the park and she did the same thing to them. Claudette is also posting reviews to keep the star rating high on her own business which violates google’s policies. Report her review!
The manager, Claudette Johnson, is the RUDEST person I’ve ever met. She is incredibly disrespectful toward tenants. All I did was ask her to do her job and help out with the ant infestation in the park. Ant hills were everywhere outside my RV and the ants were coming inside in swarms. I was the only one spraying, she never did anything. She threatened me and physically confronted me in an aggressive manner, making it clear that I had to deal with the issue on my own because she didn’t want to handle it. What a disgusting, unhelpful person. Why be a manager if you’re that lazy? She continued to make my life a living hell even after leaving the park by being a drama queen and calling the police on my daughter. I regret ever staying here!
My dad lives here and he said it's very quiet and clean, he loves living there. Just wishes it was a bit closer to Eagle Point because that's where I live and he comes over a lot. But, even then, it's 15 miles from my house. Every time I have been there, it is clean and quiet. Perfect place for retired folk
My husband and I were traveling in our car and our back tire blew out. We pulled over by the RV park parking lot and camp host/resident Rod Bennett introduced himself and helped us change our tire. He was very helpful and courteous. We just thought we’d put in a good word because he took the time to help us.
