If what you need is a cheap place to lay your head for a night and don't need to sleep, this is for you.
I reserved for a month, to await the arrival of my newest granddaughter. Things happened that I was offered and accepted employment within the first week of being in town.
During my six day stay, there was not a single night, all night long, that my neighbor was not without company for more than ten minutes. No one checked up to ask if anything was amiss or anything. They sure came to take our money in a timely manner.
The shower room was clean enough but smelled terrible every time I went to shower.
The park is very close to the beach and within walking distance of anything you'd want to do. Which is it's ONLY saving grace.
The park itself is dirty, rusted nails, cigarette butts and dog poo littered our site.
I would not recommend this park and, after paying five hundred dollars for a six day stay, will not return. I'd sleep in my truck before I'd stay here again.
Filled with Crackheads, And wife beaters. Some tenats dont pay and get to stay. Maintance happens once a year if your lucky. Manager thinks your his child if you try and live here.
We travel full time and found this to be a great place. Not far from the ocean. Walking distance to just about everything. The people staying in the park were very nice and the managers were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.
I was taught if you don't have anything positive or good to say do not say anything at all so I leave it at that!!!! Just don't stay here is my advice to all. And beware of the crackhead manager that is a tweaker peaker/ peeping Tom oh and watch your kids well around him and this place!!!!!
Lovely place to live or just kick back for the weekend. Quite and clean
Friendly people and pets.
